Design development and production of tool shop division is oriented on equipment and tools, which
are assigned for plastics processing. In this area we have over 35 years experiences. Tool shop is
able to produce other products as well as a normal production engineering.

Solutions
We can offer:
- a comprehensive solution for parts manufactured by injection according to drawings,
product drawings or only on the basis of sample components and deliver a finished tool,
along with reference samples, including the measurement protocol
- 3D printer DIMENSION 1200es. With this equipment we can produce the 3D model of
plastic parts directly from CAD data, so customers get their ideas materialized into a real
product prototype before manufacturing of the instrument itself!
- 3D CAD MOULD-F FILL. Software that simulates high-precision plastic injection. It is used
for sizing the runner system and optimize the process performance of shaped cavities. It
assists in the designing of multiple and combined forms. Using this mentioned program it
is possible significantly reduce the time of delivery instrument to the customer, because it
reduces the testing and any subsequent adjustments to the minimum
- production of injection molds to the weight of 5 tons and dimensions 1200x1200mm
- maintenance, repair and modification of tools for plastic processing
- machining parts to the size of 1200x1200mm
- Electro-erosive excavating up to dimension parts 500x400x400mm (WxLxH) – (Sinker
EDM)
- Electro-erosive cutting parts to size 650x400x350mm (WxLxH) – (Wire cut EDM)
- machining on CNC milling centers directly linked with the 3D modeling program, Pro /
ENGINEER
- we use for proposal Pro / ENGINEER and AUTOCAD software
