Nitra is an authorized body No. SK06 under § 15 and § 16 of Act no. 90/1998 Z.z. the CPD, as amended, and Decree No. MCRD. 558/2009 Z. of establishing a list of construction products to be identified, systems of attestation of conformity and details on the use of brand identity and has granted authorization

to carry out certification of conformity of construction products
to carry out certification of factory production control
to conduct an inspection
as a testing laboratory

to the extent provided by Certificate of Authorisation issued by the Ministry of Construction and Regional Development 
 Slovak Republic.
Also perform counseling and testing for products beyond 
 stated on the certificate of authorization, for example. in system 4 according to the Decree. 558/2009 Z. of establishing a list of construction products to be identified, systems of attestation of conformity and details on the use of brand identity and help in drafting the declaration of compliance and conformity marks.

VÚSAPL Plas is a Notified Body identification number 1479 under the provisions of § 17. 1 point. i) Law no. 90/1998 Z.z. the CPD 
 as amended in accordance with Council Directive. 89/106/EEC on construction products 
 
 of the activities specified in the certificate of notification.

Certification of products of VÚSAPL a.s. has granted accreditation by Slovak National Accreditation Service (SNAS) according to standard STN EN 45011 under registration no. Certificate P-011 since 1994.

 
SNAS is a full member of EA and the EA MLA signatory accreditation of certification bodies certifying products. At the global level is SNAS full member of ILAC and IAF and IAF MLA signatory to the accreditation of certification bodies. Consequently, it has VÚSAPL Plas authorized to use the combined mark MLA and are internationally recognized and abroad.
